Acting on behalf of Enterprise Inns Plc, licensed property specialists Stonesmith of Exeter have recently sold The Corner House Inn in Crediton.
The Corner House traded as a town centre pub with a first floor Thai restaurant and has been bought by a local businessman as an investment to add to his extensive investment portfolio.
