The business had been success fully run for many years by Edmund and Hilary Shiels, who have retired from the industry.
Edmond and Hillary initially ran a care home at the property but converted it into a bed and breakfast establishment in 2003. Since then they traded the business to a high standard and received the AA 4 yellow stars highly commended award for 2011.
